Creative Ateliers Return Policy

Creative Ateliers creates made-to-order furniture pieces designed specifically for each client. Because many of our products are custom produced, our return policy reflects the nature of bespoke production.

Custom and made-to-order items
Most Creative Ateliers pieces are produced on demand. Custom or made-to-order furniture is generally not eligible for return once production has begun.

Damaged or defective products
If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and offer repair, replacement, or an appropriate solution.

Standard items
If a non-custom product is eligible for return, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Custom modifications
Products customized in size, material, finish, or design cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return authorization
All returns must be approved by Creative Ateliers before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
