Creative Ateliers designs and produces sculptural wine cabinets, handcrafted furniture, collectible design pieces, and bespoke interior objects.

Once an order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our products.

Creative Ateliers reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order or inquiry at its discretion, including where product availability, pricing, production feasibility, payment, shipping, or legal restrictions apply.

All payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before production begins.

Creative Ateliers does not store full credit card or payment card details on its own systems. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

7. Production Time

Production timelines vary depending on the product, customization, material availability, workshop schedule, and project scope.

Typical production times may range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on materials and complexity. Bespoke or highly detailed pieces may require longer production periods.

Any production timeline provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to material availability, supplier issues, customs procedures, logistics delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Creative Ateliers will make reasonable efforts to communicate estimated timelines and updates during the order process.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Creative Ateliers offers international shipping where available and legally permitted.

Shipping arrangements may include:

Export packaging

Freight coordination

Customs documentation support

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs procedures, logistics providers, and local regulations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, customs taxes, local VAT, clearance fees, storage fees, and local destination charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Risk of loss or damage may transfer to the buyer according to the agreed shipping terms, logistics provider terms, or project agreement.

9. Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting delivered products immediately upon receipt.

Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery-related issues must be reported to Creative Ateliers in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage reports should include:

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist with claims against shipping or logistics providers.

10. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order, handcrafted, and limited-production nature of our furniture, confirmed orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.

If cancellation occurs before production begins, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund may be subject to deductions for design work, administrative costs, payment processing fees, material reservations, or other costs already incurred.

Custom-made, bespoke, personalized, modified, or special-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are proven to have a manufacturing defect.

Where customization is requested, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all relevant details before production begins, including dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, quantities, and project requirements.

Once approved, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and extended production timelines.

Creative Ateliers is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, measurements, specifications, or approvals provided by the customer.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, concepts, images, photographs, videos, drawings, renderings, written content, graphics, logos, branding, and website materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Creative Ateliers L.L.C-FZ or are used with permission.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, resale, commercial exploitation, or imitation of our designs or website content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
